Breathe & Flow Yoga with Jennifer

Yoga for everyone. Balance for life.

I discovered yoga in high school at my local YMCA. Over nearly 15 years of practicing (with some pauses and rediscoveries), yoga found me again during a particularly challenging season — and this time it became a lifeline. As my practice deepened, I felt drawn to share it with others. I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2020 (Yoga & Ayurveda Center), and in 2023 completed a 300-hour advanced training. I also hold certifications in yin yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga and yoga for mental health.

My approach is built on the belief that yoga is a path to holistic wellness and stress resilience, not just flexibility or strength. In my teaching, I emphasize gentle, inclusive styles — tuned to the needs of students of all ages (including seniors) and especially helpful for those managing chronic conditions, anxiety or life transitions.

Hatha + Yin Yoga Teacher in Chandler, AZ

I teach a variety of weekly classes at VASA Fitness Chandler, designed to support wellness, stress relief and mobility for students of all ages and experience levels.

Senior / Chair Yoga

Tuesdays, 10:30 am

Gentle, supportive movement to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Perfect for seniors and anyone wanting a gentle practice.

Hatha Yoga

Mondays, 7:30 pm Wednesdays, 9:30 am

A gentle flow practice that blends breath and movement to build strength, flexibility and focus.

Yin Yoga

Sundays, 10:30 am Wednesdays, 7:30 pm

A calming, slow-paced class with longer holds that release tension, improve flexibility and support deep relaxation.
