I first found yoga in high school at the local YMCA. After nearly 15 years of practicing (off and on in my free time), I rediscovered a passion for yoga after a challenging year, and committed to a regular practice. Two years later, I decided it was time to dive deeper and accomplish my goal of getting a yoga teacher certification.
In 2020, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Steph Ball-Mitchell of Yoga and Ayurveda Center. In 2023, I completed an advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga and Ayurveda Center. To expand my knowledge and practice, I have additional certifications in yin yoga, chair yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for mental health. I enjoy introducing people to yoga and helping them find emotional and mental relief from life’s everyday stresses.
I teach weekly classes at VASA Fitness Chandler, as well as small group and private classes in person in Arizona and online.

"The techniques she has taught me have helped so much with neuropathy. It’s shocking the difference that a few simple yoga moves can make. My pain and tingling is significantly improved over the past few months, thanks to these classes."
