Yoga for everyone. Balance for life.

I discovered yoga in high school at my local YMCA. Over nearly 15 years of practicing (with some pauses and rediscoveries), yoga found me again during a particularly challenging season — and this time it became a lifeline. As my practice deepened, I felt drawn to share it with others. I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2020 (Yoga & Ayurveda Center), and in 2023 completed a 300-hour advanced training. I also hold certifications in yin yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga and yoga for mental health.

My approach is built on the belief that yoga is a path to holistic wellness and stress resilience, not just flexibility or strength. In my teaching, I emphasize gentle, inclusive styles — tuned to the needs of students of all ages (including seniors) and especially helpful for those managing chronic conditions, anxiety or life transitions.

A chance to calm your nervous system, deeply stretching to relax mind and body.

Senior Yoga: Chair Yoga for All

Tuesdays, 11:30 am

Gentle, supportive movement to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

A slow flow practice that blends breath and movement to build strength, flexibility and focus.

Wednesdays, 7:00 pm

A slow-paced class with longer holds to release tension and improve flexibility.
