What Am I Getting Myself Into?

Not sure what to expect? Explore the different yoga, mobility and group fitness classes I teach to find the right fit for you. Classes may vary by location and participant needs.

Yoga & Mindful Movement

Gentle Yoga
A slower-paced yoga class focused on mindful movement, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Accessible options make this a welcoming choice for beginners and experienced students alike.

Hatha Yoga
A balanced yoga practice combining traditional poses, mindful movement, strength, balance and breathwork. Classes move at an approachable pace with options for different experience levels.

Chair & Senior Yoga
An accessible yoga practice using a chair for seated poses and standing support. Designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance and relaxation without requiring students to get down on the floor.

Stretch

A gentle, full-body class focused on improving flexibility, mobility and range of motion while releasing everyday tension. Expect a relaxing pace with plenty of time to settle into each stretch.

Yin Yoga
A quiet, meditative practice featuring longer-held floor-based poses designed to encourage relaxation and gently explore flexibility and mobility. A great complement to more active forms of movement.

Barre Yoga
A blend of yoga-inspired movement, balance, mobility and barre-style strengthening exercises. Classes combine mindful movement with approachable strength work for a balanced, full-body practice.

Group Fitness

Senior Fitness
A low-impact fitness class designed to support strength, cardiovascular health, balance, mobility and everyday function. Exercises can be adapted for a variety of fitness levels and abilities.

Strictly Strength
A total-body resistance training class focused on building muscular strength and endurance using dumbbells and other equipment. Proper form, controlled movement, and functional strength are emphasized throughout.

Aqua Fitness
A low-impact, full-body workout that uses the resistance of the water to build cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility and core stability. Water dumbbells and noodles may be incorporated for added variety and resistance.
